Online Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations within 24 hours must be made by phone. Please call 978.283.0014.

Confirmations will be sent by mail, email or fax.

Deposits and Payment Policy

A deposit equivalent to one night’s lodging is required to hold your reservation.

Refunds: Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel your reservation by 4pm 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged one night's lodging unless we are able to re-book the room.

Balance of your reservation is required at check-in.
